NOTICE: Your banking information remains confidential and is not stored with EZ Knock Marketplace. Only you can make changes to your banking information.
How does Micro Deposit Verification work?
In order to verify your bank account via this method, two deposits of small amounts (cents) will be deposited into your bank account via the account number and routing number you provided to Dwolla. You will then have to confirm the amounts that were deposited.
How long does the process take?
This process can take 1-3 business days for the deposits to show in your bank account. Once they are deposited you will need to confirm the deposits in the Bank Info tab in your Seller Profile.
How do I know if the process of the deposits are still pending?
You will know the deposits are still pending if when you click on the Unverified Marker you receive a message about deposits still pending and process can take 1-3 business days.
Who should the deposit show from?
The sender of the deposits should show as "Executive Process".
How do I confirm the Micro Deposit amounts?
Go to your Seller Profile, click the Bank Info tab. Click on the “Unverified” marker next to your bank account. You will see a pop-up asking for you to confirm the micro deposits that were sent. The sender name of the deposits should show as "Executive Process" in your account. You have three attempts to confirm the correct deposits that were sent to your bank account. Use the drop downs to enter in the amount.
What happens if I use all three of my attempts to enter in the amounts?
Remove the current bank account you added (It shows as Unverified)
Add the bank back AFTER 48 HOURS has passed from the time you have removed the bank
The new micro deposit verification will not work if you add back the bank sooner than the 48 hours.
What happens if the Micro Deposits failed to be deposited into my account?
You may see a notice like this if the Micro Deposit Verification process failed to occur.
To retry the process, follow the below steps:
Remove the current bank account you added (It shows as Unverified)
Add the bank back AFTER 48 HOURS has passed from the time you have removed the bank
Can I delete an unverified account that I chose Micro-Deposit Verification?
No. You will need to first verify the micro-deposits then once the account is verified you can delete.
