The EZ Knock Marketplace is a natural evolution at EZ Messenger. EZ Messenger has been serving the legal industry for over 40 years. Historically EZ Messenger has focused on providing a white glove suite of services to high volume law firms and government agencies(mostly child support). EZ Messenger, has been and continues to be a middleman in the process serving space. With it’s white glove suite of services that middleman function is purposeful and provides value to it’s customers by assisting with data entry, document imaging, eFiling, filing fee advances, process serving, investigation services and more. However, the industry evolves and we all must evolve with it. The EZ Knock Marketplace represents that evolution, a way for buyers and sellers to coexist when the primary purpose of their relationship is just process serving(which is quite common).
While the EZ Knock Marketplace shares the "EZ" brand element and is related to EZ Messenger in corporate formality it is materially different in purpose, culture and it's industry purpose.
