How do I get orders?
You can look for available orders on the Wholesale Market or view orders in the Retail Market where the Buyer has chosen you for the order. Please keep in mind that the marketplace has just opened, and it may take some time for orders to start flowing through.
Will I be notified if I get a Retail Order?
You will be notified via your preferred method of communication (See Seller Profile, Preferences tab) and via portal notification in your account of a Retail Order waiting your review.
Will I be notified if there is an order in the Wholesale Market?
You will be notified via your preferred method of communication (See Seller Profile, Preferences tab) and via portal notification in your account
Notification of Wholesale Orders in your area will come twice a day, at 6 am and 2 pm your local time.
In the event of a rush order, a notification is sent out as soon as the order is placed on the market.
