What type of notifications can I get from EZ Knock?

  • Important notices about orders (availability, rush orders, order cancelled etc.)

  • Qualifications (rejected or expiring qualification notices)

  • Direct Messages (notices that you have a direct message)

How do I make sure I don't miss a notification from EZ Knock?

Make sure you have chosen a preferred method of contact in your Seller Profile under the Preferences tab. You can choose more than one notification method as well!

What are my notifications options?

Web Option: A notification will appear on your Web Portal. Click the notification bell to see all your notifications.

SMS Option: You will get a text message to the number you have in your profile, if you do not have a phone number added to your profile, be sure to add it. Please make sure your cell phone carrier does not block automated SMS messages.

Mobile Option: Mobile option is for a mobile push notification on the EZK mobile app. If you do not have the app downloaded and have notifications turned ON for the app, you will not get notified. Download the EZK Mobile App.

Email Option: You will get an email from [email protected]. Add this email to your safe send list, or your contacts so notifications don't end up in your spam or junk folders.

Can I check the marketplace even if I don't receive a notification?

Yes! You can review your Wholesale and Retail Market anytime. Visit the Marketplace Hub located in your Seller Account in the top left corner.

I haven't gotten any notifications about orders. Why?

Make sure you have a notification chosen in your Preferences. If you are set up and haven't received notifications about orders, there have not been any orders in your area or assigned to you directly.
